Lucina Papaya is a pioneering entrepreneur and the visionary co-founder, shareholder, and CEO of Afrodistributors. Renowned for her innovative leadership, Lucina has a remarkable ability to transform ambitious ideas into thriving businesses. Her diverse portfolio includes the successful establishment of AfroCash, a microfinance enterprise; Milan, a chain of restaurants; and Dolce Vita Spa, a premier beauty and wellness destination.
Bigboy Makiseni – Northern Region Sales Manager
Bigboy Makiseni is a seasoned Sales and Marketing expert with over 25 years of experience across sectors such as agro-products, the food industry, and office equipment. His diverse expertise includes production management, sales consultancy, and technical product marketing. He holds multiple qualifications, including a Bachelor of Business Management (Marketing), Honors in Agriculture Management, and a diploma in ICT. Bigboy’s extensive experience and technical knowledge make him a valuable asset to our team.
Innocent Muchembere – Southern Region Sales Manager
Innocent Muchembere brings a wealth of experience in sales and marketing. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of South Africa and a Certificate in Marketing from the London Centre of Marketing. With over a decade of experience, Innocent has excelled in various roles, including Sales Executive, Regional Sales Consultant, and Marketing Trainer for microfinance and credit retailers. His entrepreneurial spirit and social media expertise make him a dynamic team player.
Artwell Kudakwashe Mashingaidze Loans Officer
A Forensic Auditor and Accountant with over seven years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, excelling in financial management, risk assessment, and fraud detection. Three-quarters of my experience has been in managerial roles, demonstrating strong leadership in financial decision-making. I hold a Bachelor’s in Accounting and a Master’s in Forensic Auditing and Accounting from Midlands State University and currently pursuing Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification with the ACFE, USA. Currently serving as a Loans Officer at Afrodistributors Pvt Ltd, committed to strengthening corporate governance and financial integrity through forensic auditing and fraud prevention.
